These terms and conditions apply to all sales and purchases and Comfy Frog reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute which may arise between them. This web site is operated by Comfy Frog whose office is situated at 30 Frog Lane, Upper Boddington, Northants, NN11 6DJ UK.
How to Order
Orders can be placed online on our website or alternatively by phone, email or post. Comfy Frog is not VAT registered.
Payment online is made through Paypal, if you do not have a paypal account then you can use your credit or debit cards to pay through the paypal system.
We do not offer any credit terms and all orders must be paid in full before the goods are dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all order within 48 hours of the date of order. Delivery in the UK is by Royal Mail recorded signed for or by courier and will be tracked.
Please allow approximately 5 weeks for delivery of commissioned sculptures from receipt of order. Larger sculptures may take longer but if this is likely to be the case then you will be contacted with an expected delivery date.
If you have ordered an item similar to one shown on the website, every effort will be made to create a similar sculpture. However, please note that each piece is hand-made & therefore some variances may occur.
Delivery charges are shown prior to checkout and are on the basis of cost
We will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these terms and conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment, road traffic problems
Damaged or Missing Goods and Returns
In the event of ComfyFrog supplying your order incorrectly, please contact us immediately using any of the contact methods listed on the website.
Damaged or missing goods must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt.
Any faulty item will be replaced, or refunded (at our discretion) and goods returned for any other reason will be subject to a handling fee.
No goods may be returned without prior consent.
Our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you will be limited to the price of the goods contained in that order.
The prices quoted are correct at time of display on the ComfyFrog website. ComfyFrog reserves the right to change prices at any time. In the event that a ComfyFrog product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, ComfyFrog reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ComfyFrog reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your Paypal account charged. If your Paypal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ComfyFrog shall issue a credit to your Paypal account in the amount of the incorrect price.
